Spanish Fork Dons vs. Bountiful Braves

Aiden, Paizlie, and Jen...August 28, 2009

We went to our nephew, Jordunn, football game on Friday at Bountiful High. Spanish Fork got killed. The score was 14 to 34. It was fun. Tage wet his pants, my 7 year old nephew almost got in a fight, and the kids grew tired as the night went on. However, it was exciting to watch Jordunn play and be with Sam's family. Great Job George!

Toothless Wonder

Daxton lost his second tooth this morning. Ok, Sam really pulled it for him. It was a little tramatic, as always, but it was hanging by a thread. So out it came!

BACK TO SCHOOL! August 24, 2009

Morning before school starts: Hadlie, Daxton, Tage, and Paizlie.

Daxton infront of his 1st Grade class.

Hadlie Spectrum 3rd Grade.

First day back to school was very exciting. Daxton was very emotional when we dropped him off. He cried but after we left he perked up. Hadlie was very excited. She ran off to her class while we comforted Dax. She brought her teacher flowers and a gift she painted with a note. After school Jen got a call asking if Hadlie wanted to move over to the spectrum class, the gifted and talented class. The spectrum class has kids from all over the school district in it. We think it will be great for Hadlie. It will challenge her and she'll make new friends that live from all around the area. She's always up for a new challenge.

Swimming in Arizona

Nanny, Mom, and Tage spent most of their time swimming while staying at Great Grandpa and Grandma Owens. Tage loved the pool but was affraid to let go and swim on his own.

Tage was so excited to go to "Jesus Christs House", he asked, "where is Jesus Christ?" we said, "he's inside." He said, 'Oh, so we can see him next time?"...He told his dad after the trip he went to Jesus Christ house but he was inside and we stayed outside. He's so cute! It was a highlight of the trip.

Speedy Spaniard kids 1 mile run...July 24th!

Hadlie and Daxton ran the Speedy Spaniard kids fun run this year on the 24th of July. They trained a little for it with mom and dad. Daxton hated training; we were worried how he would do so Sam ran with him. Ironically enough, he loved the race. He paced himself and did great. Hadlie, on the other hand, loved training and the race was a little difficult for her. She took off at a dead sprint then had to walk a little towards the end. She loves a good competition. Hadlie came in at 8 min's and Daxton finished at 9 min's. GOOD JOB!

NICU at McKay Dee Hospital

Paizlie was born early...She was retracting after 10 mins after being born. They immediatly took her to observation. They hooked her up to oxygen and monitored her for 6 hours. At 1:30 am June 11, 2009, we learned Paizlie was not breathing on her own and was being admitted into the NICU. She was there for 12 days. With lots of prayers and blessings, from her dad, she finally left the hospital to go home to her family on her brother, Tage's, 3rd birthday.

Announcing...Paizlie Sage Robertson

Paizlie was born at 7:25 pm, June 10, 2009...Weighing in at 5 pds. 11 oz. and 18 1/2 in. Jen had the best delivery! She was only in labor for four hours and pushed one time.
